Payments / Currency

All payment are to be in New Zealand Currency.

Account payments by the 20th of the month following the date of Tax Invoice. The Purchaser will be held liable for any additional costs incurred collecting late/overdue payments. These costs will be added to the account. Discounts against a credit account will not apply whilst they are overdue (list pricing will apply)..

Online "Cash Sale" orders within New Zealand will be packed and dispatched once full payment has been received.

All inital purchases are generated on a "Proforma Invoice" docket only, which allows HES NZ Ltd to alter at our discretion. Upon completion of a order (or part order) for collection or dispatch a actual "Tax Invoice" will be generated and emailed through our xero accounting system to the clients email account address provided.

Quotations

Any product prices quoted are valid for 7 days (unless stated on a offical quote) and are subject to any prior sale.

All special indent prices are quoted based upon currency conversion at the time of quoting and may change upon landing/supply if the exchange rate has moved +/-.

Cancellation

We will refund payments received if a order is cancelled prior to the dispatch of product.

Freighting / Delivery

Items in stock under 20kg (0.25 metric cube) are generally dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving payment via NZ Couriers within New Zealand or DHL Express for International deliveries..

Items in stock over 20kg  are generally dispatched within 2-4 days of receiving payment via Mainfreight within New Zealand or DHL Express for International orders.  

HES NZ Ltd is not liable for any costs for goods lost, damaged, returned or late deliveries as we have "NO" control over any freight providers used..

We provide the freight providers name and tracking number on the Tax Invoice to allow "You The Client" to chase-up deliveries directly will the freight provider.

The products we list and stock are intended for the New Zealand market. Due to NZ Customs and MAF requirements we do not export some products. If you are a international client please check with us prior to ordering our products online.

Freight Forwarding

If you have a preferred carrier or courier and are arranging collection of your order, to avoid any issues can you please ensure your carrier is aware of our collection times which are between 8.30am and 3.30pm Mondays to Friday's..

It is "Your" responsibility to supply any documentation and contact your carrier/courier to arrange collection and chase any freighting concerns directly...

Claims / Returns

Any product claims or returns must be lodged within 14 days of product despatched. Credits requested for products returned will be subject to our discretion. Products MUST be returned in origional packaging and in NEW condition (No Marks At All). Approved claims/credits will exclude freight or any additional costs.

Please read and re-check cut lengths of product as "Once Cut" we do not refund.

No returns will be reviewed for crediting until received at "HES NZ Ltd" and signed as being received by our employees with no exceptions.

We will not except any returns of rated items supplied if the Manufacturer certification manuals and documentation that were supplied with the item has not been return with the same item or if the item has been either manufatured or assembled for a specific application or if the item is a HES NZ Ltd "Non-Stock" item indented at the clients request.

Any product supplied must not be used beyond it’s designed or rated limits, the manufacturer or supplier conditions of use and warranty will apply. Any product failure must be returned immediately with a report covering use at time of failure and prior use. If the product is found to be at fault then a replacement or refund will apply, any additional costs will not be covered.

Prices quoted are valid on the day of quotation only (excluding GST), unless stated on a HES NZ Ltd quotation form or subject to contract terms and conditions.

Unfortunately Manufacturer or International supplier deliveries and shipping are beyond our control therefore "HES NZ Ltd" can not be held liable for delays in delivery.

Privacy

Any information provided by HES NZ Ltd is confidential, and must be kept confidential between HES NZ Ltd and the intended recipient only in accordance with the passing of the Privacy Act 1st of July 1993.

Emailing (2007 UEM ACT)

From time to time emails will be forwarded to you with new product releases, specials and clearance items. If you do not wish to receive these emails please advise.

Account Changing

If Credit accounts are not used annually or invoice payments are constantly overdue then the credit terms may change and move the account over to Pre-Pay Cash Sale at HES NZ Ltd descretion and without notice..
